Shipping
Everything leaves cold storage packed for the trip. Here is exactly how, and how fast.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders after that cut-off ship the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Rates and delivery
Standard domestic shipping is $9.95 and arrives in 2–3 business days. Orders over $199 ship free.
Expedited overnight shipping is available at checkout for orders placed before the daily cut-off.
Cold chain
Lyophilized vials are stable in transit, but we pack every order with an insulated liner and, in summer months, a gel pack.
Refrigerate vials on arrival at 2–8°C, away from light.
Discreet packaging
Outer packaging is plain and unbranded. There is no product name, no logo, and no invoice visible from the outside.
