Returns
If something is not right, we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Thirty day window
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Because these are research materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email a photo of the packaging and the vial within seventy-two hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
You do not need to return a damaged item before the replacement ships.
Starting a return
Email hello@thepeptidehoe.com with your order number. We will reply with a prepaid label and instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return being received.
